The Gáldar International Film Festival (FIC Gáldar) is one of the most important film festivals in the Canary Islands, and has concentrated in each of its editions the very best of national and international cinema. Organized by the City Council of Gáldar through its Council of Culture since 2013, this festival proposes a live event with important health measures to ensure complete safety and confort.

Our event as of today will be hosted on the original intended dates. We are closely following the rules and regulations set by the government of Spain and, since our hope is that cinemas are allowed to full capacity before our event, we are also open to open our venues in a limited capacity if that was mandatory. 1 Minute at the Diversity Festival – L’Hospitalet de Llobregat is a mobile short film festival organised within the framework of the Festa de la Diversitat de L’Hospitalet de Llobregat.

The festival invites participants to create short films of up to one minute using mobile phones or tablets. The aim is to promote audiovisual creation around diversity, intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, respect and coexistence.

The 2026 edition encourages participants to reflect creatively on diversity as an opportunity to build bridges between people, cultures and communities.

The Ensenada International Film Festival (FICE) invites you to participate in its 7th edition. It will take place in the City of Ensenada, Province of Buenos Aires on October, 2026.

FICE's search will focus on cinematographic works that address a critical, poetic or aesthetic reflection around water. In this sense, water may appear as a central or tangential element in the development of narratives.
