FeCiSor is the exclusive festival for the promotion and exhibition of productions in sign language or with the participation of deaf people in them, as well as a space for visibility and promotion of cinematographic and audiovisual production by professionals and other deaf workers in the sector in Colombia, also being a platform for the training of audiences in the cinematographic art.
