The Cinefilia Corporation invites national and foreign scriptwriters to participate in the 10th International Script Laboratory 2022 - LabGuion, which will take place IN PERSON, at the Hotel Spa Santa Fe Colonial, in the municipality of Santa Fe de Antioquia (54 km from the city of Medellín), in two cohorts.

PÖFF Goes to Cannes is calling for international film projects in post-production, specifically full-length fiction films with English subtitles. Eligible projects will be showcased at the Marché du Film in Cannes on May 16, 2025. The deadline for submissions is March 14, 2025. Priority will be given to films previously presented at Industry@Tallinn events. The focus is on fostering connections between the international film industry and Cannes.

El Taller de Revisión de Guion de Cine Qua Non Lab es un laboratorio internacional dirigido a cineastas independientes que trabajan en guiones narrativos de largometraje. El programa ofrece un entorno intensivo y colaborativo para desarrollar proyectos cinematográficos en una etapa avanzada de escritura. Consta de un taller presencial de dos semanas y una sesión virtual de seguimiento de dos días. Durante el taller, los participantes reciben asesoría personalizada por parte de profesionales con amplia trayectoria, así como retroalimentación grupal en sesiones de taller. Además del trabajo de guion, se fomenta la creación de redes entre cineastas internacionales, promoviendo el intercambio creativo y profesional. El laboratorio se enfoca tanto en mejorar la calidad del guion como en fortalecer la voz del autor. El programa se imparte en inglés y está abierto a solicitantes de todo el mundo. Los seleccionados pasan a formar parte de una comunidad artística activa con acceso continuo a la red global de Cine Qua Non Lab.

Cine Qua Non Lab (English)
The Stockfish Film & Industry Festival 2025 will take place in Reykjavik, Iceland, from April 3 to 13, 2025. This festival is a major platform for independent and international filmmakers, featuring screenings, masterclasses, networking sessions, and discussions on industry trends.
A key part of the event is the Industry Days, which include the Work in Progress section, allowing filmmakers to present unfinished projects to international professionals and media. The Writers Lab, led by BAFTA-nominated director Tina Gharavi, offers an intensive script development workshop.
Submissions for Work in Progress are open until March 15, 2025, with the event scheduled for April 10 at Bíó Paradís. The festival provides an invaluable space for collaboration and professional growth in the film industry.

STOCKFISH - WIP
The program called “IsLABentura Canarias, Script Laboratory” is an initiative of the Department of Universities, Science and Innovation and Culture of the Government of the Canary Islands, which is managed through the Canary Islands Film unit of the public entity Canarian Institute of Cultural Development , S.A., which will act as the competent body in the processing of this call and the Executive CEO of the Instituto Canario de Desarrollo Cultural, S.A. as the head of the competent body.
The objective of the Laboratory is the tutoring of selected participants in the creation of feature film scripts and television series based on stories and/or locations in the Canary Islands over six months by professionals of recognized prestige and extensive experience in training, consulting and script writing.
