Proyecta is an initiative within the Ventana Sur audiovisual market designed to promote international co-production between Europe and Latin America. The 8th edition will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from December 1 to 5, 2025, as part of Ventana Sur, with an in-person pitching session on December 3 and professional networking throughout the event. Proyecta accepts international submissions, welcoming producers from both Europe and Latin America with feature film projects in development (first or second films) in both fiction and non-fiction. Selected projects are presented to industry professionals, co-producers, sales agents, and programmers to help secure partnerships and financing. The call is specifically for feature films over 60 minutes and does not include short films or animation. For 2025, twelve projects were selected from a range of countries, highlighting the international scope of the program.
