CIMA Impulsa announces its 6th edition to support feature film and series projects written by women screenwriters—emerging or experienced—based in Spain or Latin America with audiovisual training or background. Eligible formats include fiction, documentary, and animation, in either feature-length or series form. Applications open on May 14 and close on May 28, 2025, via an online form requiring a synopsis, project dossier, script, CVs, and proof of registration. The EICTV Online Laboratory in Scriptwriting and Production Design will take place from September 1 to December 1, 2025, entirely online, with two weekly two-hour sessions for subgroups of up to five projects, with a maximum of twenty participants per workshop. It is intended for students and professionals in Film, Television, Theatre, Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Design, Journalism, and related fields who wish to develop a literary script (fiction or documentary, short or feature-length) and design its production for presentation to international funding bodies. Tuition is €800 for writer/director + producer teams or individual participation in both workshops, and €400 for participants attending only one.
